"Had service on 150 HP Yamaha engine a couple months ago. Hayes Marine provided diagnostic and estimate to fix. Work completed on time and received many follow up calls to ensure work was adequate to fix the issue. IT WAS and have made a few trips off-shore as well as a good family week with family on Lake.

It is very nice to feel secure that when I go to the lake, I will be able to use my boat.
Not only do you deliver my boat when you promised, you also charge what you told me you would charge. Additionally, my boat is always clean and ready for me to use.
Finally, while I own a luxury automobile, the dealership only leaves one call to see if I am satisfied with the service; your office leaves three calls to make sure I am satisfied.

"I have been a boat owner for nearly 2 decades. Have owned 4 different boats. The service I received from Travis Hayes of Hayes Marina was exceptional. Mr Hayes turned what would have been a disastrous weekend into a memorable experience for my little neices. Columbus Day 2010 started off with a starter problem at noon on Saturday. Thanks to a recommendation by Captain John of Seatow, Mr Hayes had my Stingray back in the water within few hours.
His knowledge and experience was a welcome find. Its good to know old fashion service is still available.

"Overall the service was great except they forgot to lock down the battery cables. When trying to start the engine...nothing. Once we figured out it was the cables and tightened them it was great. Travis came out and said he would fix/tighten them for good when we came back in. Thats what I call serivce. "
